Osondu Uche – Managing Director
A Tony Elumelu Foundation Mentor under the WE4A Programme, Osondu is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in finance, consulting, and real estate.
He holds a certificate in Risk Management from Technische Universiteit Delft, Netherlands, and a degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He has served as Consultant Partner and Course Facilitator at Nexus International University, Uganda, and consults for MNCapital Africa Advisors (MNCAA) in South Africa.
Osondu is also the Continental Representative (Africa) to Applied Micro Technology Inc., USA, a Senior Associate of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, and a Certified Management Specialist.
His banking career included several strategic roles in First Inland Bank Plc (later FinBank Plc).
Edith Praise - Director
Edith Praise is an accomplished banking professional with vast experience in retail and digital banking sales, and the author of “The Undiluted Strategies to Landing Your Dream Job and Exceeding Your Targets as a Sales and Marketing Professional.”
She is also a skilled business and data analyst, coach, and speaker, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to shaping financial growth strategies.
Edith holds an MBA in International Business and an MA in Leadership and Management, highlighting her strategic depth and leadership commitment.
Prof. Otuechere Chiagoziem Anariochi - Director
Prof. Otuechere is a Professor of Biochemistry with over 20 years of academic and research experience across institutions in Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, Germany, and the United States.
He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Ibadan with specialization in phytomedicine and biochemical toxicology and is a member of several distinguished professional bodies including NSBMB and the Society of Toxicology.
Prof. Otuechere also has a journalism background, having worked with The Sun Newspapers earlier in his career.
He brings deep cross-disciplinary expertise and contributes significantly to policy, governance, and corporate strategy.
